Shipping Policy
- If your package is lost in transit please email us at jacandjujuboutique@gmail.com. We will file a claim for the package. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
- If your package cannot be located by USPS we will reship your items if they are available or we will refund your order.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier regarding your missing package.
- We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays Please contact the carrier directly if your items are not delivered on time.
